Because we sell specialty niche footwear we deal with many small businesses or people who would like to go into business. We only include the FAQ's below to keep you from needing to call us with questions. We have been selling wholesale footwear for 11 years and the terms below will clarify our policies so there are no misunderstandings between us and our beloved retailers!

AFTER SHIPMENT, MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE DIVERTED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS.
If UPS or FedEx cannot deliver and your shipment is returned you will be charged for shipping both ways (and again if you still want us to reship) and a 15% restocking fee. (yes, this has been an issue before!)

Sorry, we do not send free or discounted samples. Please purchase samples at full retail price from our retail site.
Payment is by Credit Card only. Use of a debit card may result in a shipping delay while your payment clears.
Exchange of defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt. In case of factory defects: returns will not be accepted without a prior written authorization from our charge back department and will only be exchanged. A call tag will be sent if the return is authorized. All unauthorized returns will be marked return to sender and shipped back to you.
Please order early if you are selling at an event. We will not expedite your order at our expense even if we have made an error. Claims for discrepancies on invoices must be made within 5 days or receipt of merchandise.

We ship within a business day or two usually. We occasionally take more than 2 days to ship your order.
You pay actual shipping costs. Your order will usually be shipped within 2 days of payment receipt. All orders are shipped insured.
Usual shipping methods:
-- Continental US locations: UPS Commercial or Ground depending on location.
-- Alaska & Hawaii: USPS Priority Mail

-- Usual shipping method: UPS Commercial Rates. Boots weigh approx. 2 lbs each. You can calculate approximate shipping cost by running the rate on ups.com.
ORDERS TO GERMANY: Actual shipping cost + $50 document prep fee. Orders addressed to Germany are usually shipped within 2 weeks of payment receipt because we must drive 1 hour to the government office that issues the Certificate of Origin that your government requires.
Merchandise not in stock will be automatically canceled unless emailed otherwise. Please add to your next order.
